I just had to drop you a line to say how delighted I am with the tea I ordered from you recently. I have purchased good quality loose tea before but there is something rather special about the tea I have tried from you. There can be no doubt that it has a delicious full flavour. Hi. I think your shop is great, I was delighted with my first order - the free samples are great for trying new stuff, and the info sheets for each tea were a nice surprise. I'm just about to put in my second order, and I'd also like to put together a package to give to a friend - your free sample bags are just right. Would it be possible for me to buy some extra sample bags in addition to my normal order, and if so, how would we go about it?

Hi Andrew, I just wanted to thank you again for taking the time to receive us the other week. It was a pleasure to meet you, and the help you gave us was invaluable and much appreciated. It's just nice to find someone who is so genuinely passionate about their craft. It's also so difficult to find a place that offers a real choice of "proper" teas. We are still working our way through the multitude of teas we bought, but I have to say the Earl Grey tea bags are a real revelation. You will definitely be receiving a return order for those when we run out!!! Hi Tom,

Thank you so much for the tea samples. I enjoyed them all! They were all light and fresh but I particularly liked the Jasmine Silver Needle and my husband liked the White Peony. He says it was refreshing with a good taste and smell and left your mouth feeling fresh.

The whole sample pack was beautifully presented and very informative. I had been looking for white teas for a while so I was pleased to learn of your site and certainly intend to go back and place an order.

I can say that I have been very impressed with the quality of the tea and the only other tea which was anywhere near as good that I can remember was when I was in turkey and we could choose from 100's of teas at a market stall all of which were amazing. (that's where i tried apple tea first).

In general flavoured teas in the UK taste like dirty water yet I really enjoyed yours and would recommend to my friends, in fact, I have done.

In terms of customer service I was very impressed especially how you dealt with the massive orders placed due to MSE (www.moneysavingexpert.com) and others.

The discounts are well received and are a genuine incentive as it shows that your customers are valued and that some offers are specific to the forum etc. where you gained so much traffic for your site from.

In general: Good (and I don't often say that)

Hi Tom,

I had a bit of a dilemma since I lacked loose-tea-making paraphenalia but I now have the means and I'm on my second cup of the evening!

As for feedback, I was extremely impressed by the customer service. I wasn't expecting the samples to arrive for a much longer time so was very pleasantly surprised. Nor was I expecting a follow up!

The teas were all brilliant. I'd never really had any green tea before so I wasn't sure what to expect from the China Jasmine. At first I found it a little odd but after a few sips I started to really enjoy it. The English Afternoon was also lovely, but I think my favourite had to be the spiced chai. Although that could well be due to my love of cardamom!

I'll have a perusal of the selection and may well treat myself to something. Sometimes I swear I really do have more different kinds of tea in my cupboard than I do food!

Hi Tom!

I gave the samples to my mum as she very much likes her teas. I'm not sure if she has had time to try them yet but I will ask her how she likes them. They arrived very quickly and the samples are a good size I think. Thank you very much for sending them.

Your website was really an eye-opener to the many different kinds of tea there are in the world. I had no idea! I read the leaflets that came with the samples too which were very informative. The customer service seems very personal - which is a good thing! May I ask if you run the company by yourself? Must be a maaad tea enthusiast to know so much about them! :-)
