The Cottage Café is a popular community café in Southsea. Our customers are local people, workmen, and families. Because of our location slightly off the main shopping area, and the lack of parking, we rely upon repeat sales to a loyal customer base.

We have been using All About Tea as our tea supplier for two years now. They are reliable and professional. The tea is of excellent quality, better than the well-known brand that we used to get from the cash and carry. Our customers comment that we serve a good cup of tea. We believe that this encourages them to come back to us and become regulars. We could buy lower quality tea, and it would be cheaper, but then we would lose business. We are very happy with the service and the quality that we get from All About Tea, and recommend them to other cafés like ours.

I remember you at least once a day when I enjoy freshly brewed Darjeeling or Ceylon teas from allabouttea. The flavours of these teas are a true joy, the Darjeeling always 'royal' and the Ceylon's as good as when, in the past, I had the opportunity to buy them in Colombo. The excellent packaging keeps all the teas fresh to the end.

I want to add that our experience of dealing with tea companies has not always been a positive experience but I want thank you for how helpful you have been. I am absolutely thrilled with the Kenyan tea and I think Blend X is also fantastic, we are in the process of deciding our starting range and we will be placing an order soon.

Just a note to thank you for your help once again with regards to our tea orders. We have a small family run delicatessen in Herefordshire and in recent years have enjoyed and have been successful in sales of many different coffee beans. A few months ago we decided to significantly expand our loose tea range and we now have twelve different loose teas available. Your help with regards to this has been invaluable and very professional and tea is now being enjoyed by a wide range of customers both young and old. It’s very rare that I thank someone that I buy from! However, we opened our tea rooms nearly 2 weeks ago and I’m really glad I chose to buy my tea from you. We’ve had really good comments about our tea and our customers are trying out different varieties! Next order, I’d like to add to our collection!! We may even think about doing small retail packages as customers have requested it.

I gave the samples to my mum as she very much likes her teas. I'm not sure if she has had time to try them yet but I will ask her how she likes them. They arrived very quickly and the samples are a good size I think. Thank you very much for sending them.

Your website was really an eye-opener to the many different kinds of tea there are in the world. I had no idea! I read the leaflets that came with the samples too which were very informative. The customer service seems very personal - which is a good thing! May I ask if you run the company by yourself? Must be a maaad tea enthusiast to know so much about them! :-)
