We have total confidence in the quality of our teas and other products. Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED. We offer an unconditional refund or replacement policy if you are not totally happy. If your tea is unsatisfactory to you in any way, please let us know as soon as possible and we will give you a full refund or replace the goods free of charge.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

VAT (Purchase Tax)

VAT applies within the EU. Tea is zero-rated for VAT. Non-tea items such as Mug Infusers, teapots, etc are standard-rated so we are obliged to charge 17.5% VAT for these items. This is calculated on the product page and at checkout.

If your shipping address is outside the EU then VAT will not be applied.

Overseas orders – import duty

For EC and overseas shipping addresses, the buyer is the importer. The buyer may be required to pay additional import duties and observe local import regulations. Such duties and regulations are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
