We respect your privacy. Here is what we do and don't do with your data:

1. We never disclose your information to a third party. That means we will not sell or rent your details to mailing lists etc.

2. If you choose to sign up to our brilliant newsletter, Tea News, you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Your credit card details are totally secure. When you make an online payment to us, the transaction is handled on our behalf by Sage Pay or PayPal, both highly respected regulated institutions, who have stringent measures in place to protect your data. We have an SSL (Secure Socket Layers) certificate so that your data is encrypted in transit.

4. We are registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998. Our registration number is Z9977536. Any personal information we collect from you is handled in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998

5. We use Google Analytics and Statcounter to collect and store the normal information about the traffic we get on the site, such as when you visited us, your browser, the referring site, etc. This helps us improve the site.

6. We use cookies (small files stored on your computer) to record your settings. You can delete them if you want.

7. When you order from us, contact us, or register with us, we store your details in both online and offline admin systems.
