To brew, put one heaped teaspoon of Jasmine Pearls per person in a teapot or Mug Infuser. Add freshly drawn, boiled water that has been allowed to cool for 2 mins (ideal temperature 75C). Brew for 3 mins, strain into cups, and serve without milk or sugar. You can infuse Jasmine Pearl several times from the same leaves.
