Calm down dear, it's only a website.
Sometimes the website breaks. Sometimes our beloved customers forget their passwords. Sometimes nothing seems to go right.
Fear not, for help is on its way. Please remember that if you can't work the website it is NOT YOUR FAULT. It is ours. Either for not realising it's broken, or by not making it easy enough to use.
