Darjeeling Teabags
The “Champagne of Teas” is famous throughout the tea world for its light, delicate, toasty flavour and refreshing character. Darjeeling is the area of East India famous for its exceptional teas. High in the foothills of the Himalayas.
Darjeeling has a light, brisk, muscatel flavour with some brightness and a floral character. It is a good afternoon tea and is delicate and refreshing.
To brew, put one teabag per person in a mug or pot and add fresh, boiling water. Infuse for 1-2 mins (please infuse for at least a full minute if possible). This tea can be enjoyed with or without a small amount of milk, and sugar if desired. It is suitable for drinking at any time of day, particularly the afternoon.
