Cooler evenings, blustery weather, falling leaves, Christmas on its way… Autumn has a very particular quality.

Perhaps it is something to do with the way the clear crisp air seems to intensify the vibrant golds and reds of the trees.

Our Autumn tea captures the feel of this special time of year. Based on a high-quality China black large-leaf tea, it is blended with fruits and spices that evoke the drawing-in of the year – orange peel, cloves, almonds, hibiscus, cornflowers (which add a lovely touch of blue to the blend) and sunflowers. The tea is comforting and invigorating – just the thing to warm you up on a late October evening with the rain lashing the windows!

To brew, use one heaped tsp per person in a warmed pot and add freshly drawn boiling water. Brew for 3-4 minutes according to taste. Drink with or without milk and sugar, but don’t use too much milk or you will lose much of the amazing flavour.
